Lemon Sponge Pie

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 lg. eggs (separated)
1 lemon (juice and rind)
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk

unbaked 9" pie shell

Separate eggs, beat whites until stiff. Mix in another large bowl: egg yolks, sugar, flour, juice and rind of the lemon and butter until creamy. Add milk by hand and stir well. I got mine a few days ago as I use alot of lemons and limes but I also love to add kiwi to my smoothies and strawberries and I used my new press for those too!

Very simple to use and easy to clean-up! I give it 9 out of 10 stars!
