I'd like to give a quick run-down of how a vendor party (or my vendor parties) work. I hope this forum brings some new people into the direct sales network and I figure most have never done an online vendor party.
Each vendor has a 30 minute spot to do the following:
- Introduce themselves and their company.
- Tell about their specials and sales that they or the company are running.
- Talk about some of their favorite products or best selling products or just the products that are on sale.
- Let everyone know how to place and order and how to pay.
- Talk to their "customers" and make sure there are no questions.
- Play a game of some sort and give out a prize. The prize can be anything you want!
- Fill everyone in on the details of the rep program.
Now no one has to go in that order and the items on the list may vary. Like some people may be presenting their own business. They would leave out the part about the referral or rep program etc...
